Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CreatorNexus ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms govern the relationship between you and CreatorNexus Ltd.

2. Platform Description

CreatorNexus is a marketplace connecting content creators and brands. The Platform provides tools for AI-assisted video translation, campaign discovery, deal management, and escrow-protected payments.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or limits.

4. Platform Fees

CreatorNexus charges a 10% transaction fee on all brand deals completed through the Platform. Subscription plans (Creator Pro, Brand Starter, Brand Pro) are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Escrow Payments

All deal payments are held in escrow via our payment processor. Funds are released to creators upon brand approval of deliverables. Disputes are handled per Section 9 of these Terms.

6. Content Policy

• You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• You may not use the Platform for deceptive advertising or misleading follower counts.
• You may not share contact information outside the Platform to circumvent transaction fees.
• AI translation features may only be used for content you own or have rights to translate.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Buying, selling, or artificially inflating social media metrics.
• Creating fake reviews or campaign applications.
• Attempting to bypass Platform fees by completing deals off-platform.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of other users.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant CreatorNexus a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display your content for Platform functionality (including AI translation). We do not sell or share your content with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between creators and brands are first reviewed by our team within 48 hours of being raised. We reserve the right to release or refund escrowed funds based on evidence provided by both parties. Our decision is final for amounts under $10,000. For larger amounts, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration under the laws of England and Wales.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CreatorNexus liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings. Active escrow deals must be resolved before account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
